Thanks for your interest in my Windows 95 theme.  I have put all the files together in a zip file. Here are the directions to display the theme:

First, check to make sure the zip archive contains the following files:
M Jewel.theme
M Jewel My Computer.ico
M Jewel Network Neighborhood.ico
M Jewel Recycle Bin.ico
M Jewel Byebye.wav
M Jewel Hey!.wav
M Jewel Justify My Love.wav
M Jewel Mistress.wav
M Jewel Oh My God.wav
M Jewel Pose.wav
M Jewel Say Goodbye.wav
M Jewel So Now What.wav
M Jewel Vogue.wav
M Jewel What Do You Mean.wav
M Jewel You F---ed It up.wav
Madonna.scr
Madonna.vbx
Maddy Jewel.bmp
M Jewel Setup.txt

Next, follow the directions to install the theme:
1. unzip the file MJewel.zip and place its contents in the C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes directory
2. in the Themes directory find Maddy Jewel.bmp and Madonna.scr, move them to the C:\Windows directory
3. in the Themes directory find Madonna.vbx, move it to the C:\Windows\System directory
4. Go to the Start Menu and choose Settings-->Control Panel
5. Double click on Desktop Themes
6. Scroll down the Themes list and select M Jewel
7. Hit OK
8. You should be on your way to enjoying your Madonna theme!
